Yes thats right... a BOXHEAD game!!!
Boxhead Revolution is an upcoming (idk when) game that will be for the iPhone and iPod Touch. Before I go into details I have to address something.
I do not know if this will even be allowed by Sean Cooper (http://seantcooper.com/) who originally made the Boxhead series. It may face some legal issues and whatnot. If he doesn't allow it in App Store I don't think I can put it in Cydia and it'll just be for me and friend.
That being said we can move on...
It won't be an entire NEW game just mostly a port of the Zombie Wars. It will have all the same weapons and everything. Just a different name.
I have spent the past few days ripping all the animations from the Zombie Wars. When I say all I literally mean ALL! Now is just the hard part:
Programming it.
Hopefully it won't be too hard but me and my friend are working quite hard.
Don't expect something cheezy or anything. I really do hate it when a dev advertises their app here in this section but I'm not advertising. All I'm doing is posting what is coming from me.
Don't expect this anytime soon. I'm still learning stuff and thinking of ideas.
Don't expect to ever play this. If I get permision from Sean then I can.
But I have a few questions (believe me, I really hate to have to do this)
What controls would be best? Some like Minigores? Or perhaps two sticks to control and a fire button?
Would you like to actually play it? Would it be fun?
Believe me when I say that even though I'm the one making this I'm just doing it for fun and so if I can do it I'll try to make it FREE but if not as low as Sean will allow.
I have ALL the animations AND sounds. I hate to promote it so this is NOT a promotion.
It could be done in 6 months or 6 weeks or 6 days. I. Have. No. Idea.
But does it sound cool so far? I'm addicted to Boxhead and want to convert it to iDevices so that's what I'm doing.
Sooooo what I'm saying is this:
